Solution:

4 + 3 + 4 = 11

5 + 1 + 7 = 13

4 + 4 + 9 = 17

I.e, the sum of all the digits in the row is a prime no. and the formation goes on like consecutive prime numbers.

Hence,

12 + 21 + 28 = 61

21 + 12 + 34 = 67

Now the next summation should result 71

17 + 14 + X = 71

X = 71 - (17 + 14)

X = 40

Solution:

Add all the boundaries blocks

4 + 5 + 3 + 7 = 19

And now multiply  it with the number of the block surrounding the center block

Number of blocks surrounding the center block = 4

19 * 4 = 76

Similarly in 2nd fig

8 + 1 + 9 + 2 + 2 + 4 = 26

26 * 6 = 156

Hence for the last block

8 + 1 + 3 + 4 + 2 + 3 + 5 + 4 = 30

30 * 8 = 240

Solution:

(1 + 7) * (2 + 3) = 40

(2 + 3) * (1 + 9) = 50

(1 + 9) * (2 + 1) = 30

(2 + 1) * (3 + 1) = 12

Similarly,

(4 + 0) * (5 + 0) = 20

(3 + 0) * (1 + 2) = 9

And

(5 + 0) * (3 + 0) = 15
