Am i eligible for tcs itp recruitment if i have less than 6 cgpa in my graduation exam

No you will not be eligible. 60% /6 CGPA or above in each of Xth, XIIth, Graduation and Post-Graduation examinations is required to be eligible for TCS ITP Recruitment Drive.

Is It Necessary to declare gaps in education in tcs itp registration process
